        We ask for some key contacts that we may need to send specific information. This article explains why we ask for each of the key contacts.

        Site access for key contacts
        Contacts in this list do not necessarily have access to Sparx unless also added in the "Staff" area. To find out how to add them as staff, see this article "Creating Teacher Accounts". Key contacts do not have access to any additional features in the system.


        Sparx Reader leader

        Our primary contact. Will receive information regarding new features, subscriptions and proactive support.



        SLT - Line manager of English

        Our secondary contact. Will receive information regarding new features, subscriptions and proactive support. Also may be contacted regarding information relevant to Senior Leaders



        Head of English

        May be contacted about account information, new features and reminders about subscriptions. Serves as an additional contact should we be unable to contact the Sparx Leader.



        Network manager

        Will be contacted to approve and maintain the connection between the school's MIS (register system) and Sparx as well as other technical features like Single Sign On.



        Finance officer

        Will be sent subscription information in order to raise a purchase order, and invoices.



        Data protection officer

        Will be contacted regarding any Data Protection queries.



        Head of school

        Will be contacted with information relevant to Headteachers.



        Business manager

        Will be contacted with information relevant to procurement or subscriptions.
