Joining live webinars

We use software called ClickMeeting for our webinars. Use the following resources to make sure you can access the meeting: 

• Check that you are able to connect to Click Meeting prior to the webinar using the ClickMeeting Connection Tester. 
• Ask your IT team to check your firewall will allow you access to the ClickMeeting webinar. Find out more in the Optimal Firewall Configuration document. 

If you find you are stuck in the waiting room, or on an authorisation screen, it may be the firewall that is blocking you.
