As Sparx Reader Leader for your school, there are six key steps you need to complete to set your department and students up with Sparx Reader. Some of the steps you might want to delegate to other members of your department, such as setting the Sparx Reading Test for their individual classes.

        2. Add your teachers to the site. See: Creating teacher accounts
        3. Introduce Sparx Reader to your department and ensure all teachers complete their training.
        4. Introduce Sparx Reader to your students in a launch lesson. See Introducing Sparx Reader to students
        5. Introduce Sparx Reader to parents and carers. See Engaging parents/carers
        6. Once the Sparx Reading Test has been completed, set homework. See guidance here: Setting homework
