Managing a meeting with your School Success Coach

        Article summary

During the early stages of your Sparx Reader journey, you'll be informed of the relevant link to set up your Sparx Reader site and other onboarding meetings. Additionally, all of our School Success Coaches have a meeting link in their email signature where you can book a 15-minute catch-up with them at any point throughout the year.

All of our meetings are video calls and take place on Google Meet. If you are unable to use this in your school due to IT settings or policies, please let us know and we can chat about an alternative - for instance, if you use Microsoft Teams.

When you book a meeting with a Coach, you'll receive an email confirming the date and time. Depending on whether you use a calendar linked to your inbox, you can accept the additional calendar invite as well.

        Joining your Sparx Meeting

Search your inbox to locate the email or look at your calendar entry, and click "Join with Google Meet". This link is unique to your booking.
